Donations and shop

These terms apply to donations and shop purchases made on this website to Shades of Hope Africa Ltd ("SOHA"). By completing a payment you confirm that you have read and agree to them.
Payments are processed by MauzoPay, mainly through M-Pesa. SOHA does not see or store your M-Pesa PIN or card details.
Amounts are in Kenya Shillings (KES). The amount is set by our server when you start the payment. Your M-Pesa receipt and SOHA reference number are your proof of payment.
A donation or order is only recorded as complete once the payment provider confirms it.
Donations support SOHA's youth work, including the Restoration Center. When you choose a purpose, we use your gift for that purpose. If that need is already fully met, we use it where it is needed most in the same area of work.
Donations are voluntary gifts and are generally not refundable. If you made a mistake (for example, the wrong amount), contact us with your reference number as soon as possible and we will look at it with you.
Product photos and illustrations are a guide; colours and details may vary slightly.
Pickup orders are collected at the SOHA Restoration Center in Jambo, Karatina. We will contact you when your order is ready. For delivery, we will call to agree the arrangements; any delivery cost is agreed with you and paid on delivery.
If an item is faulty or we cannot supply it, we will offer a replacement or a refund for that item. Contact us with your order reference.
We use your details only to process your payment or order, contact you about it, and thank you for your support. We share them only with our payment provider to process payment, in line with Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019. We do not sell your information.
