Questions
Yes. Payments are handled by MauzoPay in a secure window. SOHA never sees your M-Pesa PIN or card details, and the amount you choose is fixed on our server before you pay.
Yes. You get an M-Pesa receipt from Safaricom and a SOHA reference number on screen. If you gave an email address, we'll also thank you there. Contact us if you need an official receipt for your records.
Yes. Choose a purpose on the form, or pick "Where it's needed most" to let us direct it to the most urgent need.
Yes. Tick "Give anonymously" and we won't name you publicly. We still keep your phone number privately in case we need to confirm the payment.
