How booking works

Four steps, about three minutes

  1. Choose your trip

    Pick the route, whether your child is going to school, coming home or both, and the date.

  2. Add the student

    Enter the student's name, school and admission number, plus your contact details.

  3. Pay with M-Pesa

    A secure MauzoPay window opens. Confirm the M-Pesa prompt on your phone.

  4. Get your reference

    You get a booking reference and M-Pesa receipt straight away.

Frequently asked questions

When is my child's seat confirmed?

As soon as your payment is confirmed. The page shows your booking reference and M-Pesa receipt. If a route's fare is still being finalized, we save your request and contact you to confirm the fare and payment.

Can I pay from a different phone number?

Yes. The payment window is prefilled with the number you gave us, but you can change it to any M-Pesa number before you pay.

What if the payment fails or I close the window?

Your booking is saved. Use the Complete payment button to try again. You are only charged once the M-Pesa prompt is approved.

I have more than one child travelling. What do I do?

Make one booking per student so each one has their own reference. Your contact details are kept for the next booking.

Can I cancel or change a booking?

Contact us with your booking reference as early as possible. Changes and refunds are handled under our Terms and Conditions.

My child's school isn't listed.

Suggest it using the form on this page. We add new schools and routes where there is enough demand.
